We personally interview and evaluate all final candidates who are presented
for your interview.
We expect the hired candidate to spend several years in the position at a
performance level that meets our client’s needs.
In the unlikely event that a candidate who is presented by our firm is hired and then leaves the company within the first year of employment for reasons beyond the control of the client, we will replace the candidate with another qualified candidate for no additional professional search fee.
Our client’s only expenses under these circumstances will be any out-of-pocket expenses that we incur in the conduct of the additional search effort.
