
Retained Executive Search recruiting fees normally range from 30 percent
for regional firms up to 35 percent for the large transnational search
firms. Our standard search fee is 30 percent of the first year's cash
compensation.
Professional executive search fees are invoiced on the basis of midpoint target hiring compensation. The estimated fee is invoiced in three equal segments with the first one-third due at the beginning of the assignment and the remaining one-thirds invoiced at the end of 30 and 60 days respectively.
A final adjusting invoice may be issued after the successful completion of the assignment based upon the final commitment to the hired candidate.
Reimbursable expenses include only those variable expenses that are directly associated with the search project.
Specific expense items include external research, special research publications, actual travel and allocated telephone expenses.
All major expense items are supported by receipts. It is our practice to review any out-of-town travel and extraordinary expense with our clients before-the-fact to avoid surprises.
