Loren is a strategic consulting partner with Jack Hurst & Associates and the consulting principal and managing director of Wells-Reed Company with over 20 years of successful retained executive search experience serving the needs of technology manufacturing and service companies throughout the United States.

Loren's previous technology industry work experience includes over 10 years of Fortune 100 experience in a variety of senior level assignments including Director Organizational & Manpower Planning, International Director Human Resources and Group Director Staffing.

Loren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Economics. In addition, he has extensive post-graduate specialized education and training in human resources, management theory and leadership development.
